How To Order

If you know which product you require please contact us (see below) to place your order.

If you are unsure which product you require or you need further advice then please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff are experienced in providing practical straightforward advice on the best product for your needs. We can also provide technical advice on your installation and specific requirements all free of charge and without obligation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For your security and ours we will ask you for certain information in order to verify your identity matches the card details.

Please contact us prior to sending a cheque in order for us to confirm your order and the delivery date for your goods.

   BACS and Internet Transfers
If you wish to pay using electronic transfer please contact us to confirm you order. We will then provide you with our account details.

We are able to offer trade accounts on varying terms. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Delivery   top
Power Master products include free delivery. Free delivery is available on orders containing up to 5 items. Free of charge delivery is based on Citylink standard next day delivery by 5pm. Should you require a timed or Saturday delivery, please contact us for an up-to-date quote.

Goods are delivered next day. If your chosen item is out of stock we will advise you of the delivery date upon receiving your order.

If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery then please contact us.
Warranty/Returns Policy   top
In the unlikely event you experience difficulties with your Power Master product we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

Please contact us on 01480 455060. Our engineer will talk you through the issue and you may be asked to perform some simple tests in order to diagnose the problem.

Power Master products are covered by a 2 year return to base warranty. Please contact us if you require further details on the warranty we provide.

Customer satisfaction is our prime concern and we endeavour to resolve any queries as quickly as possible.

Notification of queries and complaints   top
Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to Power Master Systems Ltd verbally or in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of goods and/or invoice: whichever is the latter.
